Job Summary
Operate rework equipment and contribute to the production of dairy products by supplying bulk butter, performing front-line rework tasks, and maintaining accurate lot-number records and inventory. Responsibilities include running reworker machinery with sanitation, quality, and safety standards, operating a forklift, CIP/cleaning, assisting in production during relief, completing required paperwork, communicating with supervisors, and adhering to GMPs, union rules, attendance policies, and safety guidelines. The role supports a co-op dairy manufacturing team and may require overtime and weekend work as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and respectfulness in the workplace
