Job Summary
Production & Resource Manager (Fixed-Term Maternity Cover) based at London Westworks, primarily responsible for managing and resourcing ATP Media across the UK hub facilities. Role involves scheduling crew and facilities, booking and managing technical crews, coordinating logistics, managing quotes and billing, and collaborating with ATP and internal Gravity Media teams. Requires strong client management, proactive problem-solving, budgeting and administrative duties (call sheets, risk assessments, contracts, release forms, purchase orders), and occasional out-of-hours/weekend work. Strong coordination, communication, and team-working skills are essential to ensure productions are planned and executed successfully.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in production, resource or co-ordination roles
- Proven client management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, logical, and systematic problem-solving approach
- Ability to work within a team and use own initiative
- Flexibility for out-of-hours and weekend work
- Experience with budgeting, invoicing, call sheets, risk assessments, contracts, release forms, and purchase orders
- Experience using scheduling software (desirable)
- Experience in sports or production centre/studio environments (desirable)
