Job Summary
Stability, performance, and growth of key business platforms. Collaborate with Production Reliability Engineers, Product Owners, Architecture, Security, and Engineering to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance; manage deployments, hardware upgrades, patching, and certificate renewals in CAT/DR/PRD environments; maintain topology and business workflow diagrams; review BRD and PRC; provide status updates to project managers; manage tasks in Kanban; communicate maintenance windows and customer-impacting events; identify opportunities to automate and improve processes; support bank onboarding changes and UAT review; handle incident/ SLA-related triage and communications; potential Telco/Transmissions focus including telecom wiring, network setups, and file transfers. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years’ experience; roles include hybrid work options in Scottsdale/SC/NYC and other major US cities; base pay $66k-$82k with additional benefits and incentive plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- 2-5 years of related experience
- ITIL and ITSM knowledge
- Agile methodology familiarity
- Ability to relate business needs to system capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
