Job Summary
Manage textile quality in woven processes by collaborating daily with suppliers to ensure stable production from start to mass production. Implement and drive continuous improvement actions to enhance supplier performance in quality, sustainability, and process efficiency. Define, maintain, and deploy the Production Control Plan while monitoring product quality data to detect risks and manage homologation for new components. Ensure full traceability of materials and finished goods throughout production. Conduct regular on-site visits to supplier factories in Thailand to oversee quality control and process efficiency.
Required Qualifications

- You are good in English (Oral & Written Communication Skill)
- You have a good fundamentals in QUALITY management
- You have good analytical skills and are proficient in problem solving methods
- You are a team player, open-minded, curious and have an entrepreneurial mindset; a go-get-it and can-do attitude
- You are active, lively and practice sports regularly
Desired Qualifications
- Textile Chemical Engineering Bachelor degree or 2 years experience in Textile processes are an advantage
- Experience in the Textile Industry(Woven Process) is an advantage
