Production Quality Investigator

Conduct quality investigations and issue documentation for your area of responsibility, ensuring the detection and assurance system maintains optimal efficiency. Verify product quality standards against specifications to ensure production homogeneity and prepare corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process failures. Manage customer quality complaints and draft supporting written documentation, including English reports where necessary. Collaborate with quality leadership and other functions to uphold compliance culture through internal and external audits, while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. This six-month fixed-term contract is based in Ascoli Piceno, Italy, with an annual salary ranging from €31,125 to €51,875.
