Job Summary
Work with Design, Production, Quality, and Test engineering teams to develop inspection and verification procedures. Support root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions to mitigate non-conformance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for continuous improvement in quality. Support process and systems development to improve production quality. Develop dashboards, metrics, and visuals to help identify and monitor factory health. Must be onsite 5 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be onsite 5 days a week
- A passion for hardware development and manufacturing systems, including hands-on design and development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
