Job Summary
Production & Quality Associate responsible for intake and processing of garment orders, operating laundry machines, entering data into internal tracking system, and ensuring quality standards for PPE garments. Duties include sorting, inspecting, testing, packaging orders, and supporting warehouse and quality functions while following company procedures, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to efficiency and safety in a steady full-time role in Marietta, GA. Must have a high school diploma or GED, strong computer and math skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrated attention to detail and teamwork. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving department, handling warranties, repairs or refurbishments is very helpful
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Significant troubleshooting skills
- Possess a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong math skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds due to the nature of handling garments
- A solution focused mind-set
- Self-motivated with desire to work hard to meet goals
- Ability to work carefully and follow safety standards
