Production Quality Advanced Engineer

Conduct quality audits, inspections, and in-process quality control activities to address customer and internal quality concerns. Coordinate disposition and hold of suspect products while supporting corrective and preventive actions. Lead PFMEA Go, See & Fix activities, SPC implementation, and MSA efforts. Prepare monthly quality reports, perform data analysis, and support process release during trial production or engineering changes. Manage customer claim containment and third-party audit support. Coordinate with internal suppliers and related departments for quality improvement. Maintain 5S standards and comply with company policies. Perform other assignments as assigned by supervisor.
