Production Project Manager - MicroGrid/Power Generation - Manufacturing

Job Summary
Coordinate and complete projects within budget, scope, and schedule requirements across new product development, upgrades, and efficiency initiatives. Lead stakeholder meetings to define goals, scope, and KPIs while developing comprehensive plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Manage project execution by documenting deliverables, tracking progress, and resolving conflicts to ensure timely, high-quality results. Proactively identify and mitigate risks through formal documentation and strategic elimination of blockers. Report weekly and monthly performance metrics using tools like PowerBI and ERP systems to inform leadership and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in product development and/or manufacturing environment
- Current PMP Certification or prepared to actively pursue
- 3+ Years' demonstrated Project Management ability in a manufacturing or construction industry
- Knowledge of ERP (IFS or SAP)
- Knowledge of CAD systems (AutoCad)
- Very strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to solve difficult coordination problems and provide structure to situations where only limited (or conflicting) information exists
- Strong computer software skills, especially Microsoft Office, Project, and Word and Excel
