Job Summary
Develop verifiable planning models and coordinate capacity, demand, and delivery schedules across multiple production sites and countries to optimize resource alignment. Analyze complex data from production, logistics, and supply chain operations to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities early. Manage end-to-end planning for selected value streams, prepare for S&OE planning meetings, and refine planning processes and governance parameters using tools like SAP IBP. Collaborate closely with international logistics and production teams to ensure stable product availability and high service levels while supporting ongoing transformation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Produktionsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Netzwerkplanung, Produktionsplanung oder Supply Chain Planung
- Erfahrung in international vernetzten Produktionsumgebungen
- Erfahrung in der Analyse von Produktionsdaten, Kapazitäten, Forecasts, Beständen und Lieferterminen
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP
- Verständnis für Planungs, Dispositions und Produktionsprozesse
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10-20%)
