Job Summary
Production Process Engineer Specialist II at Lear Bremen plant responsible for planning and controlling production launches, capacity, and production programs; creation and maintenance of work plans, bills of materials, and production orders; material disposition, detailed planning and bottleneck management; optimization of production processes (OEE, cycle times, Lean methods); ensuring quality, compliance, and risk management; coordination with internal interfaces, suppliers and customers; reporting, KPI analysis, and participation in shopfloor and S&OP meetings; requires degree in industrial engineering, mechanical or production engineering or equivalent; experience in production planning/industrial engineering; ERP/MES systems (SAP) and Lean methods; proficient in MS Project, Excel (Power Query/Pivot), Power BI; technical drawing and BOMs; fluent German and English; structured, solution-oriented and autonomous work style; strong communication, assertiveness and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung, Industrial Engineering oder vergleichbar
- Kenntnisse in ERP-/MES-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und Lean-Methoden
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project, Excel (Power Query/Pivot), Power BI
- Technisches Verständnis (Zeichnungen, Stücklisten)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
