Job Summary
Production Printer Technician needed to repair and service Konica Minolta production printers in Orange, CA. Responsibilities include diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting, machine modifications, software upgrades, removals, and retrofits on high-speed digital copiers/printers and facsimiles; provide specialist service to other field service technicians and support to the sales team to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities. Requires experience with Konica Minolta production equipment, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment. Must have 2-6 years of relevant experience, customer-service oriented communication, and a valid driver’s license (company car provided). Certifications in Production Print are highly preferred; company offers benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2-6 years minimum of relevant experience
- Must have experience with servicing and repairing production level office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, mailing machines
- Production Print certifications are highly preferred
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical/electrical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 applications
- Must possess a valid driver�s license with a clean driving record. A company car will be provided
