Job Summary
Production Print Repair Technician responsible for repairs and service on high-speed digital copiers/printers (Canon, Oce, Ricoh, etc.), including diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting, machine modifications and software upgrades; provide expert technical support to field technicians and sales teammates; manage territory assignments and contribute to equipment upgrades while maintaining customer service quality in a fast-paced environment; requires 2-6 years of relevant experience, strong computer skills, Windows 10 proficiency, and a valid driver’s license; a company car is provided.
Required Qualifications
- 2-6 years minimum of relevant experience
- Experience with servicing and repairing production level office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines
- Canon certifications beneficial
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical/electrical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 applications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
