Job Summary
Load door skins onto the conveyor line and inspect finished skins for paint, gloss, and surface defects to maintain consistent quality standards throughout production. Rotate tasks every 2–3 hours to build well-rounded skills while working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines, demonstrating a willingness to learn new processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency. This detail-oriented role supports the door skin paint and gloss line at Lynden Door, where hands-on training is provided for entry-level candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repetitively; occasional 70�90 lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand for 8�9 hours per shift
- Detail-oriented with a good eye for surface quality and consistency

- Available Monday�Friday from 2:30 PM�12:00 AM, with occasional Saturday overtime
