Production - Plant Operator

Execute plant startup tasks and operate reaction systems, filters, reactors, pumps, and centrifuges in compliance with prescribed procedures. Monitor and record reactor changes, adjust valves to maintain specified temperature, pressure, and flow levels, and manage salt and oil ratios during the carbon black manufacturing process. Change heavy oil tubes, micro screens, and powder pumps at least twice weekly, draw product samples for testing, and perform emergency shutdown procedures safely. Maintain logs of gauge readings, shift production, and equipment malfunctions while executing ISO responsibilities within the department. Complete TCCB's internal training program and perform additional duties as required by supervision.
