Job Summary
Lead and support plant engineering projects and operational readiness for assigned systems, supervise union employees, drive continuous improvement, manage SAP maintenance processes and equipment onboarding, own BOMs, identify critical spare parts, and participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis and proactive maintenance initiatives. Requires strong communication and leadership abilities, experience with SAP, and a background in mechanical maintenance with preventive/predictive practices; degree in engineering and 5-7 years of related experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in a related industry
- SAP experience or SAP maintenance module familiarity
- Co-op and/or internship experience desired
