Job Summary
Analyze large and complex data sets from production, logistics, and supply chain operations to identify deviations, bottlenecks, risks, and optimization potential. Develop reliable monthly supply plans by balancing forecasts, inventory levels, and available production capacity while managing end-to-end planning for selected value streams across multiple sites and countries. Plan and align capacities, demand, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient utilization of production facilities, and prepare for S&OE planning meetings through KPI analysis and plan validation. Continuously improve planning processes, governance parameters, and tools such as SAP IBP, while maintaining and optimizing master data in ERP systems. Provide a solid foundation for decision-making for cross-functional teams and management, supporting ongoing transformation initiatives and the international development of the production network.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or a related field
- More than 5 years of professional experience in network planning, production planning, or supply chain planning
- Experience in internationally connected production environments
- Solid experience in analyzing production data, capacities, forecasts, inventory levels and delivery dates
- Confident handling of SAP
- Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and production processes
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10 to 20%)
