Production Planning Supervisor

Lead production planning by developing master production schedules for finished goods and components, managing daily-bucketed schedules by SKU, and optimizing plant resources including staffing and equipment. Serve as the primary liaison between order management, labor management, operations, and the customer to achieve SLA goals and address production priorities. Implement standard Master Production Scheduling processes using MRPII methodology, lead weekly scheduling meetings, and maintain continuous communication with departments to ensure shortfalls are addressed. Update the 13-week master production schedule, perform daily and weekly reporting on attainment, scrap, and capacity, and collaborate with customer planners to meet accuracy and timeliness expectations.
