Job Summary
Lead the Production Planning team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting the hiring and training of new members. Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, forecasting, material requirements, and resource optimization to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Shipping, Operations, and Supply Chain to maintain continuous production flow and optimize planning processes. Monitor KPIs, analyze gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through project leadership and problem-solving workshops. Requires bilingual proficiency and 5+ years in production planning; total compensation ranges from $94,496 to $118,119 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or a related field
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing team members
- Proven experience implementing best practices in planning, coordination, and product management
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Bilingual proficiency

- Experience with SAP or other major ERP platforms used in a manufacturing environment
