Job Summary
Production Planning Supervisor leads and coordinates workflow in fabrication and related areas to meet production goals. Responsibilities include directing and coordinating production flow, advocating for the production team, releasing repetitive jobs, creating instructions for laser and fabrication processes, supervising laser tracking and nesting, coordinating labor with building managers, distributing completed parts to the floor, and collaborating with QC to maintain inspections and tracking. The role involves updating dashboards and reports, managing inventory and tooling records, and providing monthly updates. Requires proficiency in Excel, Word, Smartsheet, and bilingual Spanish-English communication, plus eligibility for U.S. security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work in Microsoft Excel, Word and Smartsheet
- Bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English including the ability to read, write and communicate in both languages
- U.S.SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
