Job Summary
Manage manufacturing orders and generate daily production schedules through MRP software to fulfill customer orders on time. Verify raw material issuance, adjust Bills of Materials, and reconcile production downtime data against system records. Monitor production efficiency, analyze MRP data for discrepancies, and optimize workflows to meet critical deadlines. Act as a direct backup to the Senior Production Planner, supporting day-to-day scheduling, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related manufacturing role
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
