Job Summary
Coordinate delivery and offloading of raw material trucks and railcars, receive materials for BOMs in INFOR & Marcotte ERP systems, and process production orders. Maintain records and documentation, conduct cycle counting to research variances, and manage non-conforming materials and NCRs. Schedule shuttling of raw material between offsite warehouses and vendors, order consumable items, and update work instructions. Actively participate in stopping unsafe conditions, demonstrate continuous improvement efforts including 5S and autonomous maintenance, and help with break relief. Work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Possess skills required to improvise and adapt where needed
- Must be able to walk, sit, or stand to a significant degree
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to lift less than 10 pounds frequently

- 3-5 years Logistics experience
