Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels while analyzing capacity to optimize efficiency across manufacturing lines. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure material availability, monitor processes for bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inventory, outputs, and supply chain metrics, prepare KPI reports, and utilize ERP systems for planning and improvement suggestions. Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate production status and address challenges. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management with two years of CPG production planning experience. Brass International, a 15-year CPG provider in Mooresville, NC, handles product innovation, sourcing, and contract manufacturing for health and wellness brands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management within the CPG industry
