Job Summary
Plan and manage production schedules and manufacturing activities for nonwoven fabric and yarn, coordinating processing and raw material management. Track production performance indicators using SAP and support related operations, data management, and period-end closing processes. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance manufacturing performance while supporting shop-floor quality control and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 0 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 0 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations, or a related area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of nonwoven materials, industrial equipment, or the automotive industry
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, including business email writing and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
