Production Planning Manager

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day coordination with EMS partners on production planning, capacity constraints, and delivery schedules. Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including Quality, Sales, NPI, Logistics, and Global Supply Chain teams to resolve operational issues. Monitor and resolve material shortages, excess stock, and order prioritization problems while controlling additional transportation costs. Develop delivery plans that balance customer demand with production capacity and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely order processing against revenue and KPI targets. This role serves as the critical link between Thailand's local manufacturing partners and Ingenico's global supply chain headquarters in Paris.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning or similar within an electronics manufacturing, or component driven (such as automotive) environment
- Degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, International Trade, or a related discipline
- Experience using ERP systems, SAP (MM/SD)
- Advanced excel, for reporting
- Team leader experience, to support a small team
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions based on multiple sources of information
- Native level Thai and fluent English communication skills
- Strong understanding of local business culture and practices (Thailand based manufacturing partners)
