Job Summary
Global Account Manager (US Remote) responsible for direct management of Critical Power solutions and services to Hyperscaler Data Center accounts. Delivers growth within existing accounts, cultivates and manages customer relationships, leads commercial negotiations, and manages quotes and change orders. Coordinates with the Flex legal team on contracts, monitors KPIs and operating profit, and drives cross-functional information flow to develop growth opportunities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years of sales/account management experience, with experience in Power Distribution Equipment for Data Center Accounts and LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP, Busway, and Modular products. Describes roles in contract negotiations, CRM updates (Salesforce), and governance of customer programs toward KPIs and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience
- Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts
- Experience working within sales of Power Distribution Equipment for Data Center Accounts
- Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills
- Experience managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry, selling LV Power Distribution products and services
