Production Planning Manager

Develop short- and long-term production plans across breeder, broiler, layer, and hatchery operations while forecasting stockfeed requirements, chick supply, and production outputs. Plan placements, harvest schedules, and inventory flow to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient resource allocation. Deliver production reporting and performance analysis, working closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to align forecasts and execution. Drive data accuracy, simulations, and continuous planning improvements within a large-scale integrated poultry operation. Minimum 10 years' experience required with a degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Agriculture.
