Job Summary
Production Planning Coordinator leading the strategic and operational direction of the internal supply chain planning and customer service at a glass-industry manufacturing plant in Segovia. Responsible for coordinating the planning and scheduling team, standardizing processes, and optimizing service levels (OTIF) while leveraging SAP IBP for integrated planning, and driving capacity analysis, lead-time reduction, and customer communications. Requires 8+ years of leadership in planning/S&OP in industrial environments, a university degree in Engineering or related fields, advanced Excel skills, and bilingual Spanish/English with a European language a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading planning, scheduling, and S&OP in industrial plants
- demonstrated experience managing planning and customer service teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Organization, Operations Management or similar; post-graduate in Supply Chain Management highly valued
- Advanced proficiency with SAP IBP for integrated business planning
- Expert Excel skills for complex logistics scenario analysis and reporting
- Fluent in Spanish; English at C1 level; additional European language a plus
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-mediation skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on financial operations and customer-centricity
