Job Summary
Develop operating plan summaries for assigned product families and SKUs, integrating demand, inventory, and production data. Create daily bucketed schedules for manufacturing and prepare master schedules to meet shipping dates based on sales forecasts or customer orders. Analyze plant capacity and production specifications to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and staffing needs. Coordinate manufacturing activities, monitor schedule performance against plans, and resolve issues such as delayed shipments, component shortages, or overtime with cross-functional teams. Adjust schedules to address unforeseen conditions and expedite operations. Shift: 9am-6pm. Associate degree in Business Administration preferred with 1-2+ years in manufacturing or materials management.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or materials management, including at least one year in materials management
- Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes
- Shift: 9am-6pm
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
- SAP experience is preferred, but not required
