Job Summary
The Production Planning Associate supports daily planning operations by assisting with inventory management, material tracking, and production scheduling. This role also involves data entry, reporting, and coordination with multiple teams to ensure efficient workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or inventory management preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
