Job Summary
Production Planning and Fulfillment professional to manage and optimize production scheduling, planning, and fulfillment processes. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders; monitor inventory to prevent overstock or stockouts; analyze performance to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency; collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely materials delivery; maintain records and generate reports for management; support packaging, shipping, and delivery schedules to meet customer deadlines; ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and fulfillment in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Proficiency with ERP software and production planning tools
- Strong understanding of inventory management, lead times, and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving production goals
