Job Summary
Production Planning Analyst responsible for supporting the Production Manager in planning and scheduling tractor and implement assembly operations. Responsibilities include inventory management, facility layout and work order management; use Whole Goods Ordering System and Whole Goods Assembly System to create daily work orders; monitor FIFO of tractor and implement inventory; collaborate with the Production Manager and Safety Coordinator to improve storage and assembly areas for productivity; participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure timely, accurate production planning.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in logistics, production planning or operations.
- 1 to 3 years of experience planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in planning production activity and inventory flow.
- Advanced computer skills using Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
- SAP experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
