Job Summary
Track work orders, expedite shipments, and maintain paperwork accuracy while implementing engineering change orders and updating impact statements for finished goods and inventory. Communicate shipment statuses and daily WIP reports to stakeholders, identifying bottlenecks and mitigating supply risks by engaging process engineering and manufacturing teams. Manage component tracking with procurement to ensure piece parts availability for build plans and maintain supply statement reports to mitigate risks prior to kit drops. Align quarterly manufacturing plans with customer needs through collaboration with program management and suppliers. This role supports government program supply chains within a fast-paced semiconductor environment, requiring US citizenship, security clearance, and SAP experience.
Required Qualifications
- US CITIZEN
- ability to hold a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain
- SAP experience
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- 5 days/week onsite
- Ability to understand complex BOMs
- Ability to read MRP and action items accordingly
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills
- Yes, 10% of the time
