Production Planning Analyst

Job Summary
The Production Planning Analyst is responsible for administering and improving production planning practices, supporting production, creating and maintaining bill of materials (BOMs), managing engineering change orders (ECOs), troubleshooting inventory issues, and communicating with various departments including the headquarters in Japan. This role requires a high school education or GED, four to six years of scheduling or planning experience, and proficiency in computer applications. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively analyze and resolve inventory and production planning challenges.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Four to six years of scheduling and/or planning experience
- Ability to demonstrate skills in sharing and receiving information
- Must be capable of assessing all forms of communication to determine effectiveness
- Ability to display appropriate proficiency with computers and applications, including spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), word processing (e.g., Word), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), internet/intranet, and special applications (e.g., Lansa Client, AS400, SAP)
