Job Summary

Manage the department's scheduling calendar, triage high-priority email correspondence, and maintain organized records of updates and action items. Oversee the full lifecycle of retains, including organization, labeling, filing, and purging, while conducting regular audits to identify gaps or inefficiencies. Provide dedicated administrative and physical support for QC strike-off processing workflows, organizing items, photographing records, and coordinating handoffs to shipping. Standardize strike-off retains, cross-reference file names against production records, and mark completed items in the ERP system to maintain data integrity. Flag discrepancies, damaged materials, or system mismatches immediately to the Production Control & Quality Lead. This entry-level role supports the planning team's execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring physical inventory management and proficiency with ERP systems and Google Workspace.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, production scheduling, or manufacturing support role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain structured systems in a physical and digital environment
  • High attention to detail and a natural drive to catch errors before they move downstream
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with shifting daily priorities
  • Basic proficiency with ERP systems and Google Workspace
  • willingness to learn Odoo
  • Strong written communication skills for managing email correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Physically able to manage and shift physical library inventory, boxes, and binders as needed
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in operational precision and continuous improvement
