Production Planner

Job Summary
Determine delivery timelines based on production capacity and workload, then create detailed daily and weekly production schedules. Monitor production order progress and adjust plans when necessary, while coordinating with production, procurement, and warehouse departments. Manage priorities and resolve issues affecting production flow, handling urgent orders and last-minute schedule changes. Analyze production data and prepare reports on KPIs, productivity, and delays, maintaining and updating data in ERP / IMS systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management with 2–3 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in an industrial environment)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
