Production Planner US

Production Planner US at an on-site Indianapolis facility responsible for supporting scheduling of production activities to ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities include assisting with demand planning and production scheduling, coordinating material flow from Canada to the U.S. facility, converting planned supply orders to executable work orders, monitoring WIP, expediting parts with the production team, and providing critical scheduling information to stakeholders. Requires knowledge of MRP/MPS planning, BOMs and work orders, inventory management (min/max), Kanban, and ERP usage (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC). Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with a proactive, multi-tasking approach and the ability to generate and distribute standardized production reporting.
