Production Planner

Coordinate, organize, and track daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow while serving as the central intake point for all sales orders and production jobs. Monitor work order progress, follow up with production teams to maintain schedules, and collaborate with machine shop and fabrication staff to verify requirements, materials, and timelines. Assist in shop floor scheduling, capacity planning, MRP, and Order Point functions. Requires 3+ years of production planning experience in a machine or fab shop environment, with ERP systems knowledge (Sage Mass 100 preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Full-time role from 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday.
