Job Summary
Convert customer backlog and bookings into executable manufacturing demand and maintain Master Production Schedules to support delivery requirements and capacity constraints. Own planning and execution for assigned Databus Components and Databus Systems product lines, leading schedule reviews to identify risks, bottlenecks, and recovery opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional activities with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Development to ensure alignment on priorities and successful delivery of customer commitments. Analyze MRP, capacity, inventory, and demand data to drive execution, develop recovery plans for past-due orders, and implement corrective actions for schedule disruptions. Partner with stakeholders to provide accurate lead-time estimates and communicate execution risks and key performance metrics to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License
- 100% onsite at our Bohemia, NY office
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of ERP, MRP, Master Scheduling, and capacity planning processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
- Proven ability to coordinate complex activities across multiple functional organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated history of taking initiative, solving operational challenges, and delivering results with minimal direction
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment preferred
- Aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, or regulated industry experience preferred
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and personal responsibility
