Job Summary
Develop and maintain production schedules in KIWI and related systems based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels. Coordinate daily with production teams to align staffing, machine capacity, and workload requirements while balancing work across facilities to maximize efficiency. Monitor production performance, inventory, and late orders to identify bottlenecks, resolve delivery risks, and ensure timely availability of raw materials. Communicate schedule changes, production issues, and delivery risks to internal stakeholders and customer service teams. Manage order flow by reviewing priority orders and monitoring holds to ensure customer commitments are met.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related job experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, operations coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with ERP, scheduling, and manufacturing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Amtech, KIWI, or similar systems preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and inventory management preferred
- High School Diploma/GED Preferred
