Job Summary
Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules, prioritizing jobs based on customer demand, capacity, and operational constraints. Monitor schedule attainment, work-in-progress flow, and production performance while managing escalations and recovery plans. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material, capacity, and delivery issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput, cycle time, and delivery performance. Ensure high schedule adherence and optimized resource utilization to support on-time delivery targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, or Manufacturing Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
