Job Summary
Update production reports every two hours, run Air/Ecommerce plans and order reject reports, and attend daily morning meetings with updated reports. Analyze pick releases to notify groups for order allocation and prioritize replenishment in RFQ, clean load builds, and rebuilds. Constantly communicate with various locations and companies regarding customer service and tracking information, while sending updated lists and orders to appropriate groups. Run production planning and PPL reports working closely with the Shipping Supervisor to maximize picking metrics, adjust parcels, and delete orders. Analyze rejects, notify personnel for fixes, set up third-party customers, invoice demo orders, and maintain the Shipping Error report. Produce scorecards and KPI reports for the DC and Logistics teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations
- Basic understanding of automated warehouse management systems
- Strong reading and comprehension skills
- ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
- Basic interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively with different teams
- Proven track record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
