Production Planner

Job Summary
Develop balanced production schedules, optimize inventory, and implement lean strategies such as kanban, JIT, and kaizen to reduce changeovers and waste. Coordinate manufacturing activities across multiple value streams to support supply chain functions, master scheduling, and procurement while maintaining capacity and performance reports. Forecast and control inventory mix requirements, prepare KPI reports on schedule accuracy and material turns, and lead continuous improvement efforts. Perform monthly physical inventory reconciliation and maintain data systems for budgeting and planning processes. Requires 5+ years in manufacturing planning, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing, Purchasing and/or Planning
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, etc.)

- Supervisory or managerial experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and databases, SAP
