Job Summary
Develop daily and weekly production schedules to meet deadlines while coordinating materials, labour, and equipment for optimal output. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials, and schedule NPD runs and product sampling within weekly plans. Prepare performance reports and monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives across the food manufacturing environment. This role requires proven experience in production planning or manufacturing operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
