Production Planner

Job Summary
Process MRP daily to create, update, and cancel production work orders while analyzing quantities, safety stocks, and material availability. Monitor vendor-managed inventory levels, forecast demand using historical data and seasonal trends, and expedite materials to maintain high fill rates. Prioritize production schedules, review completed work orders and production standards, and identify solutions for demand-capacity conflicts or shortages. Collaborate with purchasing, sales, engineering, and shipping departments to ensure on-time shipments and profitable operations. Maintain data integrity within the ERP system and manage large volumes of SKUs.

- Spoken languages: French / English bilingual
- Written languages: French / English bilingual
- 3years’ experience as a Production Planner / Scheduler or similar role
- Experience using MRP, MS Office and ERP systems
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain & Operations Management or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Epicor ERP an asset
- Previoussupervisor / managerial role an asset
