Job Summary
Process and wave plan all consumer orders, forecast volume allocation, and manage labor planning. Monitor, research, and resolve problem orders while coordinating inventory replenishments to fill orders. Coordinate and manage projects, communicating with multiple departments to ensure daily functions are completed efficiently. This role supports WineDirect's goal of being the winery's champion by facilitating global product sales through direct-to-consumer services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse, logistics and/or manufacturing setting
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail & ability to multitask
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50lbs
