Job Summary
Produce and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) using Demand Driven MRP principles within Industrial Production Centers (IPCs) or Late Customization Centers (LCCs) to ensure inventory availability and alignment with customer demand. Coordinate with EIM for accurate master data, generate achievable DPS/MPS and an accompanying MRP with Operational Buyers, release production orders, and lead regular planning meetings to synchronize shop-floor activities. Drive improvements to planning processes and KPIs, applying planning methodologies and continuous improvement techniques. Perform timely resolution of production-order and material-related issues through negotiation and technical understanding. onsite at least 3 days per week with focus on Lean manufacturing and supply chain optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, production engineering or related fields, or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Willingness to work onsite with in-person presence at least 3 days per week
- Knowledge of manufacturing principles, planning methodologies, MRP, BOMs, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement
- Ability to release/manage production orders and material issues; negotiate and resolve scheduling constraints
