Job Summary
Production Planner responsible for coordinating operations across multiple sites within a fast-paced planning, supply chain and logistics function. Interfaces between management, site operations and supply chain teams to ensure machinery, manpower and logistics are planned efficiently to meet operational demand. Day-to-day duties include communicating operational requirements to site teams, planning manpower and equipment needs, adjusting schedules, coordinating workflows across sites, managing fuel planning for machinery, organizing machinery movements, monitoring KPIs, managing maintenance schedules, identifying and addressing delays or defects, supporting inventory processes, and ensuring health and safety and operational standards are met. The role suits an experienced planner or logistics professional with strong organisation, communication, IT skills (Microsoft Office), problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Full UK driving licence essential.
