Job Summary
Production Planner responsible for evaluating orders and developing accurate, aligned production plans; coordinates with the Business Line on order status, manages requests, and ensures KPIs are achieved with corrective actions as needed; supports assigned projects to meet objectives and timelines. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent), 0-2 years in production planning, proficiency in MS Office and data analysis, good English, background in semiconductor manufacturing, and experience with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus; should be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in production planning or related
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis
- Good command of Written and Spoken English
- Background in semiconductor manufacturing
- Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is an advantage
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and ambitious
- Be able to work well under pressure situation and tight schedule
