Job Summary
Coordinate with the Branch Management Team, Processing Supervisor, and Estimating and Programming Supervisor to maintain an accurate daily schedule. Evaluate machine workloads, move jobs to capable machines with shorter lead times, and re-enter PJ's when machines go down. Notify salespeople of Processing Jobs not meeting delivery dates and assist warehouse staff in finalizing work orders. Investigate PJ problems and resolve them promptly while communicating with the Processing Supervisor to update, open, or block machine schedule hours. Create required reports, enter orders and stock adjustments, and walk the warehouse up to 50% of the workday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Ability to walk throughout the warehouse for up to 50% of the workday

- Effectively evaluate the production schedule to expedite orders and ensure timely completion
